Housing as Health

We provide recovery housing, transitional housing support for young adults aging out of foster care, reentry housing assistance for returning citizens, and eviction prevention services for individuals and families in crisis.

Substance Use & Mental Health Engagement

We help individuals remain connected to treatment through appointment outreach, barrier reduction, relapse prevention support, and coordination with trusted clinical partners.

Steward & Seed – Financial Empowerment

Our financial empowerment program teaches budgeting, credit-building, behavioral money habits, and workforce professionalism with an investing mindset that promotes long-term financial dignity.

Children’s Support Services

We offer tutoring, mentorship, mental health screenings, and life-skills development for children impacted by housing instability, substance use, or untreated mental health challenges in the home.
